Social events

Immaculate Conception Athletic Association (ICAA) sponsors social events for students in our parish and community. Proceeds from these events help to offset the diocesan fees for each of our parish sports teams as well as the cost of equipment and uniforms. The admission fee for these events is $8.

Pre-K through Grade 5

ICAA will sponsor four Pre-K-5th grade events throughout the school year. Pre-K-5 events are held on Fridays in the Immaculate Conception School gym. Dates and times are as follows:

Pre-K through 2nd -from 6-8 PM
3rd through 5th – from 7:30-9:30 PM

Tentative Schedule:

December 6th
February 21st
April 11th

The next Elementary Social event is scheduled on December 6th.  Kids can wear their favorite PJ’s and enjoy Christmas music, crafts, and activities.  And maybe even a visit from someone special.  The admission has increased by $2 to help with cost of supplies, activities, and games.

Grades 6-8

Middle school events will be scheduled four times during this school year and are from 7-9 PM in the Immaculate Conception School gym.  There are no events held during Lent.

Tentative schedule:

December 13th
February 7th
April 4th

The next Middle School Social event is scheduled on Friday, December 13th!  Theme is PJ’s.  Wear your favorite Pajamas.

Consent Forms

Each student must have an Annual Consent, Form A , and a Code of Conduct form completed for the school year to attend these social events. Please print & complete these forms and bring them to the first event your child/ren attend this school year.

Appropriate attire is expected at ICAA events. Jeans and sneakers are permitted. Very short shorts, dresses and skirts as well as bare shoulders or mid-sections are not permitted. Please, no hats.

Chaperones and volunteers needed!

If you have any question or would like to sign up to help with one of these events, please email or call Melinda DeLia at melindadelia@iccparish.org or 302-584-7630. Duties include setting up, assisting with activities, collecting money at the door, selling snacks, chaperoning, cleaning up the cafeteria and gym after the events conclude.
